How fast can I get the final event photos?
Standard delivery is typically 3-7 business days, depending on the size of the event and number of images. For urgent needs, same-day photo selection is available – ideal for LinkedIn posts, press releases and live event communication. Express delivery can be planned in advance.
Do you photograph events across Denmark and internationally?
Copenhagen is our main base, and we cover events across Denmark regularly. We also travel for selected productions across the Nordics and internationally, especially for conferences, brand activations, corporate events and multi-day productions.
Do you offer drone photography for events?
Yes. We are certified drone pilots and can include aerial photography when the location, weather and permissions allow. In Copenhagen and across Denmark, we handle the drone planning and permissions where needed.

What equipment do you bring to events?
We bring professional camera bodies, lenses for different event situations, flash or LED lighting when needed and backup equipment. For larger events, we can scale with multiple photographers and additional lighting setups.
How far in advance should I book?
We can often cover Copenhagen events with short notice if our team is available. For larger conferences, multi-day events, drone work or combined photo and video coverage, we recommend booking 2-4 weeks ahead so we can plan properly.
How many edited photos will I receive?
It depends on the event length, schedule and scope. For smaller events, we normally deliver a curated gallery of key moments. For full-day conferences and larger corporate events, the final selection is larger and can be tailored for press, website, social media and internal use.
What if I’m not happy with the final photos?
We keep the process clear from the beginning – event goals, key people, must-have shots and delivery needs. If something needs adjustment in the final selection or edit style, we collaborate with you to make sure the result is ready to use and aligned with your expectations.
