Event photography starts from 7,500 DKK excl. VAT for a half-day shoot. Full-day coverage from 12,500 DKK. Multi-day productions are quoted individually. It depends on the event length and scope. For smaller events we deliver a curated gallery of key moments. For full-day conferences and larger events the final selection is larger and can be tailored for press, website, social media and internal use. We confirm expected delivery volumes before every event.

We can often cover events across Denmark with short notice if our team is available. For larger conferences, multi-day events, drone work or combined photo and video coverage, we recommend booking 2–4 weeks ahead to allow proper planning. For events requiring drone permits in restricted zones, 30 days minimum is needed.

We keep the process clear from the beginning — event goals, key people, must-have shots and delivery needs are all confirmed before the shoot.
