For team headshot days we recommend booking 1–2 weeks ahead to coordinate scheduling and room logistics at your office. For urgent individual sessions we can often accommodate within 24–48 hours.

We shoot across Copenhagen — at your office, at a location of your choice, or in a natural light setting around the city. We have shot team headshots at offices in Nordhavn, Vesterbro, the city centre, Frederiksberg and across the greater Copenhagen area. We bring a full portable studio setup so location is never a limitation.

Yes — same-day photo selection is available for all Copenhagen headshot sessions. A curated set of key images is delivered the same day, ready for immediate use on LinkedIn or internal directories. Full professionally retouched gallery follows within 3–7 business days.

Individual sessions run 30–60 minutes depending on the number of looks and settings. For team headshot days at your Copenhagen office we work at 15–20 minutes per person — efficient enough to keep your team’s day on track without rushing the results.

Yes — on-location team sessions at your office are our most popular format. We arrive with a portable studio including professional lighting, backdrop and all equipment. Your team stays in the office, we handle everything else. We have shot team headshots for companies across Copenhagen including Bech-Bruun, Neuberger Berman and Deepdots.

All delivered headshots are professionally retouched — colour correction, skin tone balancing, background cleanup and light adjustments. We retouch to look natural and polished, not heavily edited. You will look like yourself on your best day. All retouching is handled in-house in Copenhagen — no outsourcing.

Solid colours photograph cleanest — navy, grey, white and black all work well. Avoid busy patterns or large logos. For team sessions we recommend broadly coordinated tones rather than identical outfits. We send a full preparation guide to every client before their session covering clothing, grooming and what to expect on the day.

Individual sessions start from 4,500 DKK excl. VAT. Executive portrait sessions start from 6,500 DKK. Team packages are priced per person with volume discounts for larger teams — contact us with your team size and we will send a clear quote within 24 hours. No hidden costs.
