How long does a headshot session take?
Individual headshot sessions typically take 30–60 minutes depending on the number of looks and locations. Team headshot sessions are planned per person — we usually allow 15–20 minutes per team member for a clean, efficient workflow that keeps everyone’s day on track.
Can you come to our office for team headshots?
Yes — on-location headshots at your office or workplace are one of our most popular formats. We bring a portable studio setup including professional lighting and backdrop, so the results are consistent regardless of your office environment. We have shot team headshots across Copenhagen including Bella Center, Nordhavn, Vesterbro and the city centre.
How quickly are the photos delivered?
Same-day photo selection is available — a curated set of key images delivered the day of the shoot for immediate use on LinkedIn or internal communications. Full retouched gallery is delivered within 3–7 business days. Express turnaround is available on request.
What does retouching include?
All delivered headshots are professionally retouched — colour correction, skin tone balancing, background cleanup and light adjustments. We retouch to look natural and professional, not heavily edited. You will look like yourself on your best day, not a different person.
What should I wear for a headshot session?
Solid colours work best — navy, grey, white and black all photograph cleanly. Avoid busy patterns, logos and very bright colours unless they are part of your personal brand. For team shoots, we recommend coordinating broadly without being identical — similar tones rather than matching outfits. We send a preparation guide to every client before their session.
Do you offer headshots for individuals as well as teams?
Yes — we shoot both individual personal branding sessions and full team headshot days. Individual sessions are popular with founders, executives, speakers and consultants who need a strong professional image for LinkedIn, press kits and speaker bios. What formats are the final photos delivered in?
We deliver high-resolution files for print and web-optimised versions for digital use — LinkedIn, websites, email signatures and press materials. All formats are included as standard, no extra cost.
Can we use the headshots for commercial purposes?

Both. We offer studio-style setups on location at your office using portable professional lighting and backdrops. For a more editorial or environmental look, we also shoot in natural light at indoor and outdoor locations across Copenhagen.
