How it works
Two ways to record.
Most podcasts don't need a permanent studio — they need a good room for one day. We bring the studio to you, or arrange one if you'd rather record in a dedicated space.
We arrive with cameras, lighting, microphones and acoustic treatment, and build a studio in your meeting room, office or event space — or at a conference. No hire fee, and your guests travel nothing, which is often the difference between a yes and a no.
If you'd rather record in a dedicated space, we work with partner studios in Copenhagen and can arrange a full setup for the session. Controlled acoustics, consistent lighting, same crew and same delivery — a good fit for a recurring series with a fixed look.

What's included
Everything you need to publish.
One recording day produces the episode, the audio and the clips — delivered as files you own outright.
Two to four cameras so conversations cut properly, rather than one locked-off wide.
Individual microphones recorded on separate tracks, so one guest can be fixed without touching the others.
Controlled lighting that makes an ordinary meeting room look deliberate.
Cut, colour graded, audio mixed, with titles and lower thirds applied.
Vertical and square cutdowns per episode for LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts and Instagram.
A clean audio-only version for Spotify, Apple Podcasts and the rest.
The process
How a recording day works.
Most clients record three to five episodes in a single day. Batching is the biggest cost saving available — one setup, one crew, several weeks of published output.
We agree the format, episode length, how many episodes you're recording in the day, and what the clips need to do afterwards.
We arrive early and build the studio. You turn up, sit down and talk; we handle everything around it.
Edited episodes, audio masters and short-form clips, delivered as files you own outright. Standard turnaround is agreed before the shoot so your publishing schedule holds.
Podcast production – FAQs
Do we need a studio?
No. Most of our podcast work is filmed with a pop-up studio at the client's own location — we bring cameras, lighting, microphones and acoustic treatment. If you'd prefer a dedicated space, we work with partner studios in Copenhagen and can arrange that instead. How many episodes can we record in one day?
Typically three to five, depending on episode length and how many guests are changing over. Batching is what makes a series affordable — one setup covers several weeks of publishing. Can you film at a conference or event?
Yes, and it's one of the better uses of the format. We've recorded podcast sessions on location at events including TED in Vancouver, where the guests you want are already in the building.Do you provide short clips for social?
Yes. Vertical and square cutdowns are part of standard delivery, cut from the same recording — usually several per episode for LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts and Instagram.Who owns the footage?
You do, on full payment. You receive the edited episodes, the audio masters and the clips as files. What does podcast production cost?
Podcast work is quoted per recording day, based on the number of cameras, how many episodes you're recording and how many clips you need afterwards. Batching several episodes into one day is what keeps the per-episode cost down. Send us the format and we'll quote it.What our clients are saying ...
Case study
A pop-up podcast studio at Bella Center.
Veeva Systems ran their R&D and Quality Summit at Bella Center Copenhagen. We built a podcast studio inside an empty conference room and ran it alongside a second interview room for three days.
A fireside-style set in a bare conference room — curved chairs, warm practical lighting and a curtain backdrop, with three cameras and wireless lapel mics. A second room ran two-camera customer interviews in parallel.
Five crew. Two filming rooms. More than 20 back-to-back sessions across three filming days, plus a build day. Highlights delivered same-day, during the summit.
