Do you handle AV at Bella Center, DGI Byen and Tivoli Congress Center?

Do you offer technical direction and on-site AV management?
Yes — a dedicated technical director is available to manage all AV elements across the event day. They coordinate with venue staff, manage presenter briefings, handle technical transitions between sessions and troubleshoot any issues as they arise. You should not be managing AV problems on your event day — that is what we are there for.
How much does AV production cost for an event in Copenhagen?
AV pricing depends on event scale, venue, equipment requirements and production duration. A simple corporate conference setup with PA, projection and wireless microphones starts from approximately 15,000 DKK excl. VAT. Larger productions with full lighting rigs, LED walls and technical direction are quoted individually. How far in advance should I book AV production?
We recommend booking AV at the same time as the venue — ideally 4–8 weeks ahead for larger productions. For smaller events we can often accommodate shorter lead times.
